Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A credit card is required to secure all appointments — no charge until your visit.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
• Please arrive with clean lashes — no mascara or oily products around the eye area.
• Fill appointments are valid only within the stated time window from your last service date.
• Touch-ups for work performed at other salons are assessed on an individual basis and may be priced as a full set.
• Prices are subject to change.
